5 KILOMETERS HALF MARATHON 16.2 MILE CHALLENGE
Thank you and the volunteers for putting on an awesome race! Thank you for treating the last person to cross the finish line like the first person, as well! Loved the DJ, he rocked the post-race party like a rock star smile emoticon. I will spread the word and hope to be back in 2016. Get some well-deserved rest and I wish the very best to you and your family!

What an awesome day! So much support before, during, and after the races! Met some really cool people, ran my heart out, amd had a blast! Would definitely do this again, even being two hours' drive away!
Thanks to all the volunteers and sponsors for another year run supporting a great cause!
Couldn't be MORE excited to have such an amazing opportunity to run the VeteRun 5K again next year! Thank you.
I ran the 10k last year. There were a lot of learning curve glitches, like the course was short, the finish line was a bit disorganized, and check in was a zoo, but it was still a wonderful event because the people that put on the race tried so hard and were so nice. The effort that was put into this years event was amazing. The snow threw a big monkey wrench into everything, but somehow, the track was cleared, the parking lot was cleared and check-in and the start got moved up to a safer time. What a huge amount of effort! The race itself was awesome. It is so much fun to run on the track! Thank you Summit Point Motorsports for letting us run on it. The distance was correct this time, mile markers were perfect, we had chip timing, and the volunteers scattered all over the course were awesome. I know some people were unhappy because they did not know that the start time had been changed, or they did not get a T shirt. This event is still evolving, and the spirit of the people putting this on is amazing. Give them a break. This could turn out to be a really big race down the road. You guys did a great job this year!!!

I wanted to thank everyone for the Veterun race on Saturday. It was my first race of any kind and at the age of 42, I was a little apprehensive. I appreciated the no time limit and walkers welcome aspect of it. I didn't feel any pressure at all from anyone. Thanks for the water stations. I felt they were adequate for the half marathon, not that I have anything to compare it to. Thanks again. and please pass this email of thanks along to all the volunteers and sponsors.
Congrats on putting on a very good event. Everything was good: great venue, easy access parking, PR course, lots of food and music, and professionally timed. You have all the elements in place for a successful annual event. Only thing missing was beer.
